Tuesday: 8 mile run + drills, 6x100m grass strides

Afternoon bike double

Wednesday: 8 mile run

Thursday: 7-8 mile run

Afternoon bike double

Friday: 9 mile run + drills, 6x100m grass strides

Saturday: Cross-train or off

Sunday: Long run, currently around 11 miles
